Riding Sessions are a lot of fun!
Vickie is able to help horse and riders in different ways.
Vickie helps riders feel and communicate with their horse more clearly. This starts with the rider's body's correct proprioception (your body's ability to sense its own position, movement and force in space). in most cases the rider's body needs the proprioception recalibrated, by doing so they are then able to communicate better with their horse.
During the session Vickie communicates with the horse to comprehend why it gets so excited in the arena or has difficulty moving under saddle. The pressure of the girth, saddle, rider is often over looked and needs to be felt when in motion. This is where Vickie's incredible gift of connection and knowledge of biomechanics enables the rider and horse to break through to their goal.
